Yes. I install, configure and advise you on your local network, Wi-Fi, backups for your PCs and files, as well as remote access.

Not necessarily. Existing equipment is checked first during an audit. Hardware that can stay in place is kept.

Yes. Remote assistance is used when it is efficient. An on-site visit is planned when the hardware or context requires it, for example during an installation or when launching a service.

No. Follow-up can be proposed after an installation or cleanup, especially for backups, alerts and ongoing support.

No, but I can advise you and assist with the purchase. Microsoft licences and other business software remain purchased and owned by the client.
